- 125g muesli (we use our Happy Seeds base)
- 110g walnuts
- 100g dried apricot
- 100g prunes
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g dates
• Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until you reach the consistency of a paste. Make little balls – we found that 12-14g is a good size but you can decide to make them smaller or bigger. Roll them in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds. Store them in the fridge. You can easily keep them for a couple of months.
